Hi, I’m Sierra, your Ayurvedic specialist

This isn’t “coaching” like you see on social media. This is ancient healing made accessible through a modern lens.

Ayurveda is one of the oldest documented systems of medicine, dating back over 5,000 years. It treats the person, not the symptom.

Unlike modern medical practices, Ayurveda takes the time to truly get to know and understand you in all aspects. The goal is to get to the root cause of the disorder. We are not treating you as a generalized symptom. We are looking at your unique genetic makeup and lifestyle, and making small changes that will stay with you for life.

This work is meant to identify the disharmony in your life and bring it back into balance.

We use the support of herbal remedies, medicated oils, therapeutic movement practices, and somatic techniques to treat you through a holistic lens.

My Approach

Body Movement & Somatic Therapy

The body is the most tangible system we have to work with. We begin by building a strong foundation from the inside out, focusing on the skeletal, muscular, and lymphatic systems. As we understand these systems and learn to move, breathe, and relax more effectively, we create the conditions for the nervous system to regulate and for true recalibration to occur.

Neurogenesis Nervous System Re-patterning

Learning how to build supportive habits and break unhelpful ones is one of the most undervalued skills in modern society. The systematic practices of the East have developed methods to train and discipline the mind not only for relaxation, but also to enhance focus, productivity, resilience, and long-term cognitive health. Many of these practices have also been shown to support neuroplasticity and may promote healthy neurogenesis, helping the brain adapt, learn, and evolve throughout life.

Gut and hormone Protocol

The gut is the foundation of energy, immunity, and overall vitality. What we put into our bodies directly influences how we think, feel, move, and show up in the world. Through nourishing foods, mindful eating practices, and digestive support, we restore the body's ability to absorb nutrients and create sustainable energy. Just as our physical body is shaped by the quality of the food we consume, our mind is shaped by the quality of the information we take in. Healing the gut is therefore not only about digestion—it is about cultivating discernment in both what we eat and what we allow to nourish our minds.

Why I don’t call myself a Spiritual Life Coach I'll be honest with you—the term spiritual life coach used to make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. But after years of trying on other titles like mentor, teacher, guide, and even master, I've come to realize that spiritual life coach is actually the one that makes the most sense.

So although I am a professional Ayurvedic Practitioner here is why I wouldn’t mind it if you called me SLC, let's break it down.

Spiritual; I am relentlessly curious about holistic therapies and deeply passionate about yoga and Ayurveda. When I say spiritual, I don't mean floating off into the cosmos or bypassing reality. I mean studying, practicing, reading, questioning, teaching, and learning—day after day—to better understand the human experience.

My work is about taking concepts like purpose, consciousness, healing, enlightenment, and ecstasy and making them practical and embodied. Human emotion is one of the most psychedelic states we can experience, and yoga offers us a framework to navigate it, to discern between fantasy and reality, and to understand where the two beautifully intersect.

Ayurvedic Health Coach and Yoga Educator

Life; This feels like the most loaded word in the title. How could one person help someone through life? Surely there must be a generation or demographic that needs this work more than another. The truth is, there isn't. It is never too early, and it is never too late, to learn the skills that help you navigate life with greater clarity, resilience, and intention. This work isn't just about optimizing longevity—it's about optimizing the life you're living right now.

Whether you're 18 or 80, building a career, healing from heartbreak, becoming a parent, changing direction, or preparing for your final chapter, these practices meet you exactly where you are.

Coach; Okay... maybe this is actually the most loaded word. No, I won't be blowing a whistle while telling you to drop down and give me ten push-ups.

What I will do is stand beside you as a grounded guide, helping you uncover your own answers and move toward your fullest potential. I'll ask questions that challenge you to think more deeply, more broadly, and more compassionately about your life. I'll encourage you to stay for one more breath, lean in when you want to run, and surrender when control is no longer serving you. The practices themselves may be simple, but that doesn't mean they're easy. Having someone beside you, someone who knows where to look next and what may be time to let go of, can make the process far less overwhelming.

Whatever you're working through or towards, Atman Academy is here to help you heal and optimize.
